What is the main reason for these Resident Guidelines?

These guidelines are here to help all residents understand the working structure and daily operations of Woburn Hill Park, ensuring a well-managed and pleasant environment for everyone. If in doubt at all please do contact the management team.

When are the window cleaning days?

Our window cleaning schedule is typically Once a month at the end or begining of each month. We will inform you of any changes in advance. Please ensure windows and patio doors are closed & access on these days.

When is the bin collection day?

Bin collection for general waste is on a Thursday every other week and recycling waste is on the alternate Thursday. Food collection is every week. Please make sure you do not throw away food in its original packaging as the bin collection can be refused if this happens. Check Runnymede borough councils website for detail.

When do the gardeners visit Woburn Hill Park?

Our gardening team works diligently to maintain our beautiful landscaped gardens. They are usually on-site every Thursday at approx 8-15am. If you have any garden related issues to report please contact the management team through our email form shown on the community hub page.

What should I know about trades professionals visiting my apartment?

When engaging trades professionals to carry out repairs within your flat please ensure they adhere to Woburn Hill Park's rules, e.g., permitted working hours / days, access procedures, parking and deliveries. Contact them for specifics please. If you are intending to carry out any refurbishments or changes to your flat you will need to contact the management team first for full advise /permission where needed. Please do not arrange trades For common / communial areas. This is the responsability of the management team so please inform them via the form on the community hub page.
